I was like 90% sure the blue one was fake, but was holding out hope on the black one... Is it how the neck tag is attached on that one that lets you know? Thanks

That looks like some of the fashion shirts I see here in China. Not surprised it's a KIRF.

Is it brand new? Then ask for a receipt. Is the leather real?

    dior homme raw,authentic?
hi folks , I,m pretty well up on dior home and have owned some nice pieces, just had the last wear out of my dh raw indigos and have come across a pair from a uk seller on ebay, they have however a selvedge trim around the waist and I have never seen this before, they are at a reasonable price and I cant afford to go the whole hog and get a new pair of Japanese denim raws , plus as we all know the new ones are not as good as they used to be , and am thinking of buying these im just a little unsure about them, the scars and metal dh ringlet etc are all present and correct but iv never seen them with the selvedge trim, your thoughts would be appreciated. The ebay item number is 300908060783, your thoughts please

Did I just buy a fake Prada?
    Short Version

Please look at the tags and tell me if you think think this is an authentic Prada Suit.

    Long Version:
So I was in a rush, had to get a suit real quick. I knew that I was a pretty perfect Prada size 38 so I looked online. Found one in the UAF367 model which is my favorite (don't really own any just have tried them on before).

It was new and unaltered and the guy was willing to sell it for USD 550 (quick deal).

Now I have the suit and looking at the tags they say that they are made in Hungary (the jacket) and Romania (the pants)

The guy was saying that this is the same suit that the people in the store wear. When I talk to Prada, they say "almost" all their suits are made in Italy.

What do the experts on here say? Fake or Real? Or some weird employee version that's made somewhere else than Italy. In any case than it being real, I feel ripped off.

    Thanks!!!

You probably picked up a suit that they give the employees. Technically Prada, but not really.

Prada suits are made by Belvest in Italy.

I doubt Prada is made in Hungary and I would assume the sizing would've been in EUR.

Louis Vuitton does the same thing. The suits for their employees are made in China.

That is not from 1973. Versace did not start designing even until years after that :)

Many people make this mistake but its just an internal code numbering, not a date.

The jacket is from somewhere between 1996-2002.

I thought 26.11.1973 was the original date of an Italian law?? :puzzled: :puzzled:

Yeh, the tag was printed with a dot matrix printer, doubtful if garment makers were using them in 1973(unless they were exceptionally advanced and computerized).

I also doubt that Chinese fake factories were that advanced in the early 2000s.
