I posted them for sale and had someone message me claiming they were fake, due to the fact that the sizing was imprinted on the sole. Also said the logo looked off. They seem to be very well made to me, so it just surprised me and figured I'd ask for another opinion!

Ya sorry, I dont know. I took a look on eBay and can't find any with that stamp or sizing like that on the inside. Also the dots between the J.M. are raised. Sorry can't be of more help

They look off to me too. The sole stitching makes me think that the welting might be fake and that the soles are glued on. It looks to me that the stitching on the bottom of the sole will likely not align with the welt stitching. See how far apart the sole stitches are?

I actually just got a response from J.M. Weston confirming that these are not authentic. Not a huge deal to me, since they were picked up at a thrift store for $3.99, but I'm just glad I didn't sell them to someone thinking they were real!

    Thanks for the help!

IMHO! I would stay away from Ebay seller with an abundant inventory on such designer name like Gucci. Most of the time if not all,
it is going to be un-authentic.

The sweater look nice and seems to be legit. And it look new based on the fabric/instruction tags. Looking carefully on the first pic, there is some pilling from the fabric.
The jacket's pics are so blurry.

The tags look OK. For garments made from delicate fabric, the tags on the necks
usually are slightly attached to the fabric. For me, I usually cut the neck tags off
    from my cashmere sweaters.

It is not a (S)mall size. It is size 5 as number 5 which is about X-large
if I remember correctly. But sometimes, it may vary on different
brands. There is nothing wrong with the tag in the way it is labelled.
It is just the way some designers want to go with the European sizing
system. CdG, Dries Van Norten, Maison Margiela to name a few. Usually,
they have their shirt in 36/38/..../54 but once in awhile in a blue moon
they do it in 1,2,3, etc...
I have some mint vintage Lacoste long sleeves shirts that are made in
France and sized in 38, 40, etc...

Only Gucci can answer your question surely? Opinions here will carry no weight with your vendor; however, you could threaten to report him to eBay for selling a copy. If it is fake he might well prefer to give you your money back rather than be banned from using the site.

Hi, I have a Versace gold tone box link chain here. It has a Medusa head pendant with "VERSACE" in raised letters on the back. I am curious if this is real or fake? I just purchased it from an estate sale. Any help will be appreciated. I posted pictures with this. 14989515488261250632007.jpg 14989515488261250632007.jpg 14989515018891633794966.jpg 14989515018891633794966.jpg 14989515488261250632007.jpg

Fake beyond doubt. The impression of the company's name looks as if was added with a hammer and chisel.
