I'm 40 yo.

What are the best products for face hydratation and maybe with some anti aging effects?

Also my skin is more on the brown, tanned side (latin type) but I have some dark spots on face that are not so nice to see. Someone told me to use a sunscreen to avoid these spots. What you advice also for these spots?

That sounds like melasma. You should visit a dermatologist for diagnosis. The easiest form of prevention of that is sun protection, but existing spots won't disappear soon without active treatment.

Retinol is anti-aging and also helpful with melasma. Prescription form of course would require a dermatologist.
