Fabric Swatches Online

That make their available fabric samples available for viewing.

Suggestions appreciated.

Scabal has an excellent searchable online catalogue. You might have to register to view, but it's worth it:

Bear in mind that the pics on the Minnis/Hardy site are terrible and do not reflect the actual color of the cloth.

I've noticed that when I compare with the actual book at my tailor- I'm more interested in learning; what various books offer, etc.
I've registered with Scabal and will look it over.

By the way, is it skuh-BAHL or SKAH-bull or?

In the last three years, have more companies starting posting pictures of their fabric swatches on the internet? Scabal is still the only I have found that has an extensive catalog.

Wonderful!

My only critique is that they need to work on formatting of the frames -- some of the swatches in larger collections end up below the bottom of the frame.

It's pretty neat that you can drag the swatches around and compare them side by side.
