Yes, perfectly normal, as is the wearing of underpants which perfectly match the fabric of our suits.
LOL, so the explanation is probably that i got a "lemon" suit?

customer service should be calling me back shortly

welp, their customer service has underwhelmed me too. i called in to their HQ and they said they'd get back to me in an hour

a salesman emails me saying to bring the suit back in and they'll handle it. so now i need to get back into manhattan (i live in NJ) and make a damn day of it in order to get my defective suit fixed. not good, suitsupply, not good.

What do you expect them to do? They can't send you another suit because it will have to be altered anyway, and they can't reimburse you until they confirm it is a defective product.

Isn't this a good thing? I don't understand what you expect them to do more than this. Send someone to your house? Anyway, if you want them to fix it, don't you need to see them in person anyway?

You could always ask them whether you could return it by post, if you're simply looking for a refund at this stage.

That would be fair, too.

Agreed. I don't know what OP wants them to do.

I don't own anything from SuitSupply, but I don't see what they could have done more than this. At least they are being responsive and trying to fix it.

I hate to say it, but at this point it seems more like your being the unreasonable one. New Jersey really is not that far of a trek if you're in Southern Jersey there is now a location in Philadelphia. Customer service seems to be responsive. I understand you don't like the fit of your suit but that may just be it. Every suit cut isn't for everyone. Suitsupply suits do seem to be more for a slim person, so the cut just may not work for you.
