So I posted this in the Helmut Lang thread already, but I figured I'd get some quicker responses if I just made my own thread.

I just purchased a lightweight HL suit and it fits relatively well (I have to take the waist in a bit), except for the upper back. The material below the neck, right between my shoulder blades appears to bunch up a bit. It just looks like there is too much material right there. So my question is, can this be remedied by a tailor or should I just return the suit?

This is a common alteration; it's called lowering the collar. Many younger men (or those with good posture) need this alteration, as suits are often cut for men who have more of a slouch and therefore need more material along the length of the back.

I fit both of those categories, so that is most likely the problem then.  Alright, thank you very much.
