I've never had problems ordering before and think that the prices and the selection can't be beat, but I'd be hard pressed to order again given the shipping and communication issues. Feels like Howard Yount all over again.
I don't think I've ever actually posted here before, just bought a few things. I placed an order with Shaya last week for two ties, the wine striped jaquard and the navy/gold grenadine that were up there for some time. The order was processed within a few hours, and they were delivered to my home in the GTA this morning. I was provided tracking data within 48 hours, give or take. It would appear everything is back to shipshape now. This is I think order #4 for me and I've never had a problem. I'm very glad to be typing that, because he always picks such nice things and I'd really hate to lose that site.
It seems that Shaya is not coming back here to post anytime soon - despite now fulfilling orders quickly
Still not received my order from January. Still never heard a single word from the company. Still haven't received a refund from them.
Has anyone ordered lately? Seems like new stock arriving almost weekly now.
I'm thinking about taking a chance on some Exquisite Trimmings offerings - how quickly are the orders being sent now?
Um, for me -- never?? Still heard NOT WORD ONE from them after multiple messages and calls months ago. Even though other customers received their goods, I've heard nothing from this company after they charged my card.
Ouch, sorry to hear this. Did you file a complaint with your credit card company?

Funny thing just a couple weeks ago I got a notification from Facebook that Shaya had read the message I had sent him asking about my order. But he never replied.
