Experience with Eredi Pisano in Rome?

Three years ago I stopped by the Manhattan Eredi Pisano shop (https://www.eredipisano.com) and picked up some items. Fine Italian made, pleasing quality.

I noticed in Italy, however, it's half the price vs. US. Living in France, that's an easy weekend trip.

Does anyone have experience with the Rome shop? If they're welcoming to non-Italian buyers seeking lower prices or if it's going to be a PhD in negoziato?

There are some threads here from a decade ago suggesting it's the former, but any recent experiences would be appreciated! Thank you.

Just received some items from Eredi Pisano online store, they had a 70% off sale.

Negatives - Do not buy the suits. I got a double breasted in beige and a grey single breasted. Canvassing wasn't great and the grey was fused. Polished leather belts weren't great quality.

Positive- The shirts are AMAZING considering the price (35-45 Euros from the 70% off sale) and fantastic feel. Construction is superb, a very good buy.
Customer service has been very good so far. Helps that I speak Italian though. Overall the shirts are a win. Returned the other stuf which they accepted through the refund policy.

They made their garments in Italy
For EU its a bargain...the Suits i bought from Italy were in total 1430€ (3 suits) and the same suits in US would had cost me around 3300$.
The suits are half canvas
