Exchange or Return? Possible Jeans Pocket Defect - PHOTO

Hello SF, I bought these Levis 513 Jeans and now I noticed that the one pocket seems a bit irregular. The pocket liner is showing.

The white pocket lining in the right pocket is slightly un-even and you can this sliver of white. Depending on the angle, more of less of a sliver is seen. It may look like a small thing but I am super-anal about these sorts of things, so I am soliciting some other opinions.

Would you exchange/return an item because of something like this?

So I went back to the store with the intention of exchanging these jeans and it turns out that a lot of other pairs of the same model have that same irregularity in the right pocket. Looks like it may be some issue in the pattern used in the factory or something.

Other than the pocket, I really like them, so I am just going to get a black sharpie or similar and use it to "fix" the colouring in that one location.
