In this year Motalib said- I was in Australia with the owner of GTL Bangladesh- I'm who'll decide to sack anybody whom I want. In the sequence of sacking a lots of employees have been sacked by only Motalib.
Mahbub( Compliance DM) is Motalib's "chamcha" (spy) and recently they got an plan to sack many other people. Mahbub was together with Motalib's brother and Motalib gave his join in GTL. Last Wednesday mahbub was absent and they were planning to do something nasty.
That's the real face of Motalib. He sacked each people without any benefit and compensation which is against of the Labor law of Bangladeseh. Just before last EID ( edul fitor) He sacked 4 merchandiser together even this bloody beast did not get any humanism. He also sacked Mr. Rafiq (PM), Mahbub (Manager Planning)
From the supplier Motalib's always takes illegal money and from the other activity of factory he used to take illegal money suck as jhoot (wastage). Finally he is dishonest for sure.
This has been informed to the managing director about this ******* bloody beast but he thought no body will known this. The factory is totally non-compliant. They use to show it compliant by making all the false paper.
This Motalib says I'm Muslim and I always take prayer, he never get together prayer. See that's going on inside of this beast.
One of the employee who's Name is Jewel from store, that has been recruited by this motalib, But the interesting part is motalib gave appointment of this spy with the all the false certificate.
This is really sad that everybody hates Motalib because he use to sack people before completing 6 months. He always shouts which he should not be. He is a simple Deputy General Manager only (not a General Manager)
