Decent choices. I've been looking at a pair of Mason's khakis, but these seem more affordable.

I think those are great choices. I've been using the jcrew regular broken-in chinos and the BR gavins and I like both - they are a good casual alternative to denim.

Take a look at Virtual Clothes Horse. There are Mason's in several styles and sizes between $40-$60.

Johnbull is another good choice. Low rise and slim, fit like jeans but in this cool rough hatch pattern.

I got a pair of trovatas from shop jake at 50% off. I'm really liking those. Mason's are cool too. Is the steven alan sale over? There was a pair of mason's linen cargo pants discount there. Good stuff.
