It's not like they specifically and intentionally excluded you. They pulled the oldest 250 registered emails and 250 more at random from top 1000 spenders. I just don't understand why you feel entitled to the insider program. 250 people (and even 500) is not many at all given their customer base, so it's inevitable that many top customers will still be excluded. Perhaps you can take it to PM with Nan and it sounds like he could possibly tell you exactly what # you are in terms of spend and account age?
