On Bodileys, the C&J Chelsea 5 boot is said to be 238 euros which converts to about 300 American dollars. Additionally, I have gathered that the shipping is free. Therefore, are there any considerable fees I should be aware of? I believe I had come across the very boots on Barney's website, except they were charging considerably more. Just as BB has taken an ill-reputed Alfred Sargent last and jacked up the price three times.

The prices are in Pounds, not Euros. It would be $342 if you get the true exchange rate.
