European brands that offer 28" (or below) pants / trousers

Hi forum members,

I live in Germany - what kind of European brands are offerring 28" (or below) pants / trousers?
I am trying to avoid American brands here because I can get them much cheaper when I travel to the US.

So far I can think of A.P.C. But I would love to learn more.

Do you mean jeans? Likely best to ask over in the streetwear section.

Jean waist sizes are a bit strange thing. Depending on the rise etc things change.

Italian 42 are around 26 on average.

If you mean dress pants then you're looking for size 44. Problem is most brands don't make dress pants below 46.
