GAP 1969 jeans, 33 x 30, hardly worn, lighter weight, softer denim, hardly worn:

J Crew jeans, 33 x 30, hardly worn:

J Crew 'winter white' lambswool & cashmere sweater (Size 'L': 23.5" underarm to underarm, 25.75" from neck to bottom in back), v-neck, no sleeve or waist bands, some very slight pilling, but in excellent shape, rarely worn:

J Crew navy cotton sweater, hardly worn, stronger navy than the picture shows, no sleeve or waist bands, heavier weight (Size 'L': 23.5" underarm to underarm, 25.5" from botton of collar band to bottom of sweater, 23.5" shoulder to end of sleeve)

is the white-ish J Crew sweater sold yet? Is it "itchy" wool or "soft" wool?

I would say 'soft'. I wouldn't classify it as luxuriously soft, but it's not a scratchy sweater.
