How would you guys rate E T Wright shoes. I have a chance to buy a new pair of wingtips for $60.00. The retail in their catalog is $220.00.

Their shoes look like little toys. I don't know. Seems like a waste of money.

threadman,

Does your source have the Amesbury and if so, what is the price?

I haven't tried ET Wright shoes, but they appear to be along the lines of Johnston & Murphy. I wouldn't pay $200 for a pair, but at $60, maybe they might work for you, depending on your price range. You can get Allen-Edmonds if you bump up to $90-$100.
