    There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Escaping middle management - MBA or small business

    Yes, it would be insane.

    Investing in yourself, i.e., the MBA, will pay off provided you invest the time and effort, too. Starting your own business would drastically constrain both time and effort. I wouldn't worry about getting someone else, such as another employer, to pay for it. No employer I know of will pay for your MBA without expecting to recoup this investment; post-MBA you will continue to work for your sponsor at a lower-than-MBA salary or you'll have to repay (pro-rated) the tuition if you jump ship.

    at least in the corporate sense, an MBA pretty much puts the "middle management" stamp on your forehead, just sayin'
