Call me uneducated when it comes to shirt wearing but I have a number of Zegna shirts with the button down collars which I wear for both business and pleasure. When I wear them with a suit and tie then naturally I button down the collars however when I wear them with jeans etc I can't decipher wether they look better buttoned down or left open.

    How do you wear yours?

They are probably meant to be buttoned down, but there is only one right way to wear your clothing - Your way.

I'm pretty sure this issue isn't exclusive to Zegna shirts lol. But yes i have some from Tom Ford (made by zenga) which i wear buttoned down when paired with jeans. You can really do either though and i doubt you will get yelled at for now having your collar buttoned down.

Got a couple of Brioni's which have collars like this and the are buttoned down only for sure.

The Zegna ones I'm still undecided as to which looks best.
