I've got a recent (2013) Ermenegildo Zegna mainline suit in the Milano cut, in a mid-gray sharkskin “High Performance” Zegna fabric, in a size 42R (EU 52). It’s only been worn out of the house once, to a wedding.

It's gorgeous and feels fantastic to wear, but having moved on to made-to-measure clothing that fits my shoulders better, it sits in my closet, awaiting someone who fits it right.

The sleeves do have functional buttons, so please check the measurements (the sleeves are 1/4" shorter than factory length, if you happen to be familiar with the Milano) to be sure it will work for you. I'll be happy to provide any other measurements of photos
