Anyone have this book, or know where it can be found? I recently saw a reference to it, and now I'm curious. ;-)

I have it. Read the first 30 pages or so and it fell of my hand, never to return.

I have this book. Not the greatest writing but still a fascinating read.

+1. Bought it on ebay a few months back.

Lots of interesting anecdotes but doesn't really shed any light on the technical details of their craftsmanship
