These have never been worn, but have been hemmed. See below for measurements.
Measurements, while garment laid flat:
16.5 inches across waist
12.5 inch rise (measured from bottom of crotch, not where crotch seams come together)
12 inch thigh
8 inch hem
31.5 inch inseam with 2 inches fabric to let out (approx.)
