Epaulet Slim Walt navy flannel -- Size 30
Excellent, like-new condition.
Purchased from Epaulet NY and only worn twice last fall.
Hemmed to 33 (with almost 1.5 inches of fabric underneath), measured from crotch to hem.

I'm 6'2" and they're a perfect length for me, but there is extra room still to let them out should you need to.

The pictures on Epaulet's own site are better than mine for showing the navy with flecks of bright blue and black. These are 100% lambswool. Epaulet's trousers have excellent construction and fit. See chart below for measurements.
