Someone a few pages back asked how they use the Kamigata. I use it as kind of an old man cardigan with a dress shirt and khakis.

Thanks for asking! Yes, definitely go up for a 40 on your Quincy. That’s going to also allow for a reasonably heavy sweater or a lighter down vest (like the Patagonia slim down pieces, not a puffy Marty McFly vest).

You’ll love it! Been our best selling Overcoat for a few years now. It’s a super versatile style that works awesome as a casual piece too. What fabric are you thinking?

Chainstitch shirts shrink a lot! Mine was washed in cold water and dried on low heat... now sleeves barely reach the wristbone, length... it's right at the belt now and overall good tight. I didn't expect this much shrinkage :(

I tend to hang dry mine but yeah the sleeves are a little short to just right even before wash for me
