Sounds good!

And just to throw this out there, Ebay has a pretty good Harris Tweed dealer with a bunch of fabrics.

Figure that 2M would be fine for up to a size 40 Doyle/Sinclair in a small pattern. I'd need 2.5 for a bigger plaid or a size larger than 40.

We charge a flat $225 to make the Doyle, so about $400 would get you a one-off Harris Tweed jacket in any fabric that you send to me. You can have them ship the fabric to me directly. I just had a customer send me some BEAUTIFUL loden wool from Vienna.
Can you recommend a good source for corduroy online? I’d be very tempted to CMT a wide-wale corduroy Doyle if I can find the right material for the right price.

I have one being made now, super excited for it, Eva was really helpful doing all the measurements and fit via FaceTime

Yeah - it's incredibly helpful to be guided by someone experienced on a custom item like that. I'm looking forward to mine.

WILLIAM LOCKIE SWEATERS HAVE LANDED

Our Donegal Sweaters are here! I'm going to put this into our newsletter tomorrow, but you can make your balance payment now. We're shipping until about 5PM PST today, so if you send the balance before then, we can work to ship out today. Otherwise it's going to be Wed-Thurs.

I just stopped by our fabric guy, he doesn't have much corduroy, but there is an absolutely beautiful wide-wale from Brisbane Moss in a perfect russet brown tone. I'll get pics up shortly. There's also a dark brown and a black baby cord.

Got my units of the Woolrich Donegal. Don't sleep on this fabric it is awesome FYI. Not too scratchy, a bit of stretch and give, and really looks nice!

Can't wait for the weather to cool down enough to actually wear it now. XD

Yeah I thought about the Doyle, but I got this great green tweed doyle last year so figure I should ride that for awhile.

How many doyles is too many doyles? Because my wife says my number definitely qualifies.

Question does not compute....

Show your wife that there is no calculation available.

That sounds very promising indeed.

Hey @Epaulet, sorry to spam this thread with a hyper-specific question but: just tried your Wilhelm chinos and they're great, but I also found a used pair elsewhere online (NWT) in a color you don't currently have in stock and the fit seems quite different (tighter) between the pair I bought from you recently and this one (size 36 in both).

Did you make a Rivet Chino under the Wilhelm brand at some point? The tighter pair is styled quite differently: it has "Wilhelm" on the tag, taped seams and a zipper fly.
