Can you recommend a good source for corduroy online? I’d be very tempted to CMT a wide-wale corduroy Doyle if I can find the right material for the right price.Sounds good!
And just to throw this out there, Ebay has a pretty good Harris Tweed dealer with a bunch of fabrics.
Figure that 2M would be fine for up to a size 40 Doyle/Sinclair in a small pattern. I'd need 2.5 for a bigger plaid or a size larger than 40.
We charge a flat $225 to make the Doyle, so about $400 would get you a one-off Harris Tweed jacket in any fabric that you send to me. You can have them ship the fabric to me directly. I just had a customer send me some BEAUTIFUL loden wool from Vienna.
