I don't have any blaze orange wool like that, but if you can source some, then I can absolutely work with the fabric that you send to me. We've done a few custom jackets that way.

Interesting... I'm not going to actively search but I'll definitely keep an eye out

They're awesome! We can take orders for them at anytime. Feel free to email me eva[at]epauletbrand.com and I'll be happy to help you find the right size and style for it!

They came out so great.. thank you!!

Thanks... I'm really excited to see it as well! And thanks again for ordering it!

Thank you so much for the heads up.. sent you an email and everything is confirmed and ordered. Those trousers are going to make up beautifully!

It's in the pipeline, don't you worry!

And here's a quick video of the Doyles coming through..

My apologies for the portrait orientation, I shot it for Instagram Reels. I still see portrait videos on youtube and immediately think "WORLD STAR!"

That the green Melton wool? Very nice! That fabric right after it is killer too

Sounds good!

And just to throw this out there, Ebay has a pretty good Harris Tweed dealer with a bunch of fabrics.

Figure that 2M would be fine for up to a size 40 Doyle/Sinclair in a small pattern. I'd need 2.5 for a bigger plaid or a size larger than 40.

We charge a flat $225 to make the Doyle, so about $400 would get you a one-off Harris Tweed jacket in any fabric that you send to me. You can have them ship the fabric to me directly. I just had a customer send me some BEAUTIFUL loden wool from Vienna.

Got more updates on things:

1) William Lockie sweaters are in the USA but now going through "enhanced customs" with UPS. Not sure what that means. But UPS claims they'll be able to deliver at the end of next week.

2) Hoping to have all the Rivets in hand and ship our preorder units out tomorrow.

3) Hertling isn't playing games with this round. He's already setting up the first cuttings today, balance of them tomorrow. Justin & Co. want to get this stuff shipped out well before the Thanksgiving deadline. I'm expecting the fastest turnaround that we've ever had.

Any Doyle's coming with the Rivets?

Yes, that big batch of Doyles should be ready to launch by next Thursday. Going to be those new varieties and the Woolrich tweed (donegal & herringbone) preorders. I've got maybe 25 special order Doyles and Sinclairs scheduled to finish next week.

Oh and UPS released the customs hold on our sweaters, so the William Lockie donegal pieces should arrive on Monday! Will keep you all posted.

WOOLRICH DONEGAL TWEED RIVET CHINOS

We shipped out all of the backorders on this today, and there's about 12 units for open stock. If you ordered a Doyle, Sinclair, or Sierra Vest in this fabric, then these will match it perfectly.

They're $195 and available here.

Here's the spiel in case you don't know it already.

--------------------------------

This is your chance to own a piece of American history! After 170 years in business, the legendary Woolrich Woolen Mill of Pennsylvania has sadly ceased all operations. We secured this gorgeous 13oz Donegal tweed from their final production run.

The Sandy Chestnut Donegal is a mix of 85% wool and 15% nylon -- a signature "outdoorsman" blend for Woolrich which marries the warmth and comfort of wool with increased water, wind, and pilling resistance from its nylon component. The sandy brown base tone is an easy neutral and its accented with flecks of burnt orange and ecru.
