Has epaulet ever made a selvedge chino either in khaki or light weight denim ala RRL?

+ 1 on the air force flannel, can't wait to see the color in person...Charcoal/cranberry, olive windowpane, and now the air force flannel... Can't wait for the cooler weather!

Grabbed the air force, one of the heavyweight tweeds and the chocolate Calvary twill.
Think I would have preferred the Calvary twill in the rivet chino fit from the description but sure they will be fine.
What was the estimated eta for the flannel rivets Mike posted a few pages back? Definitely going to grab a pair or two of those.

    Hey Mike,

How close are the airforce flannels to the navy marl flannels you guys ran last fall?

I'm sure this has been asked before, so I apologize, but if I'm directly between a 30 and 32 in the Rudy, is it easier for a tailor to take in or let out? (All other measurements are fine either way).

Also, I'd like to make a pitch for a size 31 in the walt and rudy. Just saves a little time and money.

    New swatches look great!

    Haha, not yet :nodding:

Oh, they're pretty different. The brushed airforce is much lighter in tone. Navy Marl was a true navy, but airforce is more grey with a navy tone.

    It's seriously killer!

OK, I ordered two this time around. I got the light grays at first on one order, but had to jump on the Airforce Flannels.

I think the overall consensus is that it's easier for tailors to take in, rather than let out. That said, being slightly slimmer than 31, I'm ordering a 30. We'll see.

    Factory Finds Round 2

You guys always beat me to the punch on these new product announcements - and thanks to everyone who's ordered already. We've got an insanely solid lineup of new wool fabrics - all of which are perfect for this Fall/Winter season.

You can see the full lineup here. And these are my personal favorites of the new batch:

    Airforce Flannel

This is a perfect all-around trouser for cooler to colder weather. Airforce is mostly grey with a subtle navy cast. It matches to nearly everything and the hand on this cloth is like butta.

    Charteuse Heavyweight Tweed

This one is amazing. Really heavy wool - falling in between our thickest flannels and the Harris Tweed trouser that we've done. They're going to look stunning made up.

    Chessboard Heavyweight Birdseye

This fabric is too cool. Really nubby with a great texture. The scan makes it look more contrasty than it really is - once this is made up it will have an overall dark charcoal vibe.

    Gunmetal Calvary Twill

Calvary Twill is a solid fabric that you don't see enough of in slimmer shapes. These will make up sturdy without being too heavy, and they're a nice alternative to a basic grey dress trouser or flannel trouser.

    Taupe Herringbone Windowpane

I dig this one a lot. It's going to make up with a khaki-ish look overall, but I think that the small light blue windowpane will really make it pop
