epaulet bridle leather belt (no vis)
epaulet oxford gray rivets
carmina saddle shell brogue captoe oxford
sorry for the poor iphone pic. loving the oxford gray rivets, perfect for hot summer days.
You should have a skinny DGAF look or pretty jacked to wear them IMO. Otherwise you sort of look like a try-hard.
I'm jacked, I wouldn't wear them.
Definitely interested in the twill regimental trousers in the cloud color, seems great for summer. Am just not sure if I'm a Walt or a Rudy fit guy, and can't make it up to NY for a few more weeks. Do these pre-orders really come around every month? Do you think cloud will still be an option in the next round of orders?
I love the digi camo chinos, and I'm probably as clean cut as they come...boring hair style, doesn't drink or smoke, hardly cuss anymore I never understood the "trying hard" or "can't make it work" monikers. If I like it and if I can afford it...I'll buy it because I'm not dressing up to impress my internet friends.
I also don't think any cut males can fit into the chino pattern. My chicken legs fit in there nicely, but if I were a heavy lifter there would be no way of getting my thighs into them.
I'm looking forward to wearing the chinos with a black double rider jacket, navy blazer, plain gray t shirts, and OCBDs.
Any idea when there will be a restock for the rivet chinos? Looking for a pair of size 31 navys...
a quick OT post but i just saw the weight loss pic on your blog... holy sh*t man, good job!
i believe Mike has said that the standard color rivets will get restocked every 3-4 weeks or so going fwd
Ugh. Sorry for the spam but if anyone wants the austerity brogue and you are a 7.5UK hit me up or see MC B&S. So sad they are a touch too narrow. I might just suck it up.
Comes with the lasted trees
Just grabbed the Twill Walts in Royal Blue
This is one of my favorite SF posts ever. Like poetry.
All good looks I think. Also I think most people who are built and who buy the rivets size up and do it that way. Really feasible now that you can get the waist taken in if necessary.
Being a lifter, I am glad I wasn't the first one to be surprised by the very tight seat of the Rivet Chino's. Glad my brother fit right into them.
Are the Walt the same as the chino's?
Losing weight is easy as long as you have a plan, man. I used myself as the blue print and I didn't think I was going to get this low. I was able to help a couple of friends lose weight too and maintain it since it's a lifestyle change.
I was about 170-180 lbs throughout my high school years and wanted to get into that range. I was about 220 lbs in the before picture and I think I was about 140-145 in the after pictures.
I just wish I had the time to go back to do my Muay Thai conditioning, it was the ultimate work out. I used to have bruises all over my body and loved it.
The Walt is definitely looser than the chinos, but not by a wide margin. Of course, my experience may be different because I take a 31 in the chinos and a 32 in the Walt. I then have the Walt taken in a bit in the waist, seat, and taper the thighs.
Both are great trousers though. I always get compliments on them..a few of my coworkers actually asked me about my "out there" pants and I referred them to the Epaulet's site.
