1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Took this at about 7AM so the sun wasn't fully out yet. Couple of folks asked me if I used to be in the army because of the digi cam, haha.

I know I asked about pink already, but are there *any* solid color shirts (OCBD, poplin, etc) on tap for fall/winter? Realizing I need some non-pattern staples in my closet beyond light blue and white...plum? Olive? Charcoal?

NYR, I do the same with my students, Giants gear everywhere and all my warmups / problems have had something to do with the Giants. Funny thing is most of my students don't even follow baseball or just like the Dodgers since everyone likes them

lol, nice. We were talking about the Battle of Little Bighorn the other day, and I mentioned how the victory would be short lived. A lot of kids didn't know what thatmeant, so I said like the Yankee's season...:slayer:

    They got it.

    Hello

I received this week my factory found command

    • 1 Special Order Trouser Airforce Flannel (Rudy, 32
    • 1 Special Order Trouser Gunmetal Calvary Twill (Rudy, 32)

I have to wait until saturday to view the pants with the day natural light,
The Airforce Flannel is a subtile combination of dots from others colors, the results is difficult to describe and to capture in photo.

Thank you! You're going to love the Airforce fabric - it's one of the best that we've ever offered. I'm really thrilled with how it made up.

Not outside of the ones that we have online already. I have a bonded Loro Piana mackintosh going up next week, but that's not going to be super warm.

THAT SAID, we can easily do a custom order for you of our Wakefield Overcoat:

I only have a 38 remaining on this exact coat, but we can order any size in it. Delivery in 4-6 weeks, would cost $950.

We can also make this in heavyweight medium grey or navy wool for about $900. PM me if you want to set up an order for it.

Yes, we've got two thick herringbone Italian flannels going up soon - in copper and plum. Also, our "Navy Label" shirts will add a new solid white and blue OCDB into the mix.

Looking good! That color is boss with the shoes.

Thanks for picking it up! We're really happy that you guys dig the Rust Steep Twill so much. It's a killer, very wearable color.

Haha, thanks! Working on all that stuff this weekend.

It is the best friend that a khaki ever had.

Yup, we'll shoot for our last Factory Finds and Rudy order in the first week of November, for delivery right before Christmas.

Thanks so much for posting the pics - the hopsack suit looks awesome!

Nice, I'll have to stay on the lookout for that. Will the any of the cord fabrics be available in the Rivet cut, or will that not be an option until sometime next year?

Haha, sorry to be so confusing with this. I would anticipate that we can make Rudy's out of chino fabrics (canvas, duck canvas, bedford cord, etc) but I don't see a way for us to make chinos out of trouser fabrics. Largely due to minimums - I can work with smaller quantities on the chino stuff.

When the next round comes along, drop Adele a PM if you're interested in doing Rudy cuts in any of the chino fabrics. That's open to anyone. I probably won't build it out online, but we can offer that for Styleforum guys that we know. Pricing on the chino fabrics (outside of wool flannel) will probably be about $175 for a Walt or Rudy.

Would this apply to, say, a special order Walt in the heavyweight Taupe brushed twill that's used in the Rivet?

Yes, we can absolutely do this. We'll set something informal up before the next round of Factory Finds!
