Yeah, Rob's pics are truly inspiring. Now I want to try on all these colors having worn denim pretty much all my life. [EDIT: oh there's another couple of them[IMG]]

Btw, I had kinda general question on all the colourful chinos/trousers - you guys actually only wear them in fine and fair weather? We don't have that many sunny days a year here, spring/autumn is usually quite rainy, and I just cannot see myself putting on all those colors when it's all puddles outdoors..

Maybe its me, and cause I work with kids who dress with a little less reservation, but I think that for the heavier ducks thats the perfect time to wear them. Finding something to compliment them may be a little tricky, but go boring and bland with your top (most of mine are grey sweat tops/sweaters or flannels) during colder and grey days and these to me are the perfect colorful "accessory". I can easily see the blue and plum being worn at the end of winter even, as the duck cloth itself gives it more of a rough texture than something in a finer weave.

Thanks, I guess I saw something like that among the pics. As regards warmth, the ducks are similar to standard denim cloth, I assume?

If I'm not forgetting anything I have navy, gunmetal, and khaki regiment twill Walts as well as French blue & caramel duck rivets and clay and navy canvas rivets all on the way in three separate orders. Can't wait! How does epaulet ship? USPS and FedEx have already come today but UPS doesn't come until around 7pm so I'm hoping it's UPS as my navy rivets and all the Walts were shipped 2 and 3 days ago.

i could be wrong, but mike said earlier today for someone else with 3 separate shipments that they are taking notice of these multiple orders and trying to get them all out in one package. i guess that depends how long ago you started ordering...if its all since yesterday, i assume youll get one package.

Had a crazy day at work. Couldn't check SF all day. I jump on at the end of the day to find there was a restock. Knowing how shit flies out, I didnt think I would find a thing.

One, one mofo Caramel remained, in my size ! I jumped on that faster than my fingers could type. Let's hope there was actually one left and it makes its way to me !

edit: this is my 666 post. The Caramel Duck chinos are the Devil. I KNEW IT !

There is something suspicious about buying pants in applemaniaesque conditions. I seem to have missed the 20 minute window of Caramel canvas being for sale.

I'm using this word at least three times tomorrow, each time in a wildly different context.

Or my dad's favorite, "Mannaggia l'America!!", which, being in Canada, is always amusing.
