yea, Mike, at Farrell we had the same thing. I remember Brother Walsh, our chain smoking, twinkie eating attendance monitor. Guy was like 300 lbs and black didn't even slim him down.

Anyway, pics of the new Caramels, what a GREAT color these are:

NYR, those look fantastic. I had been pretty set on getting the French blue's, now I'm on the fence again...

Does everyone generally wear these with a fake, turned up cuff? Do you get them set/stitched down?

Holy shit Rob, those Caramel's look fanfuckingtastic! Also, I totally slept on those LS/SE Alden's, very very pleasantly surprised by those bad boys.

I have all of mine hemmed. The Walts with a permanent cuff usually and the chinos without. I can never seem to make the cuffs look as good as most of these guys when I make them myself.

Ordered a pair of the desert duck to hold me over while I wait for the French Blue / Plums to come in. The dusty color should look pretty boss with that black / grey Epaulet gingham I think...

Same here. I prefer the straight, simple line (looks a little longer on us shorter guys, I think).

    Nice, that fit looks ace!

Absolutely, that shirt's going to match great with the Deserts. Thanks for picking them up! I'll caution you ahead of time - the Deserts are pretty stiff and a little shiny before the first wash. They'll soften up and turn matte after it, just like denim. Enjoy them!
