Temps were about 3 ºF when I went on my walk to go get lunch (-10 ºF with the windchill) but thank goodness for the N-3B snorkel parka from Epaulet x Spiewak. I cannot recall how long ago I bought this (maybe 12 years?) but still my favorite purchase ever from @Epaulet!

Thanks so much for posting this up.. I LOVE IT! So glad that you're still enjoying that jacket. Solid fit on you too!

It was such a cool project to do.. and one of the last times that Spiewak ever produced in the United States. I've owned a few of these snorkel parkas, and that particular one was always warmer than the others from Alpha and the like.

I actually never had a a green one back in the day . They all sold through before I could grab my size. I have one now because I bought it second hand - right here on Epaulet Buy and Sell. It's honestly so great, and I've worn it on every wintertime trip for the past two years.

Denim Patch.jpg

Thanks for your patience with the Rivet Jeans! We're about 5 to 7 days out from completion.

I'm adding some real leather patches on the back, which I'm pretty jazzed about. I found some great chrome-tanned leather locally, and I ordered this custom rectangular die from a guy working out of his home in Bell Gardens.

Pretty sure that my friends and family are sick of death hearing me talk about these jeans. I've been working to get them really dialed in, and they're going to be the best denims that we've ever done. I'm so excited to show them to you next week!

It’s insanely cold in Philly today. In honor of that I’m wearing what I would call an OG combination: baby camel hair and Air Force blue.

Stay warm.

Minnis Oxford Flannel Suit.jpg

When the weather is gonzo cold, there's nothing better than 18oz of wool flannel armor from Hardy Minnis.

We shipped this gorgeous 3-piece suit to one of our clients last week. Just in time ❄️

WE LOVE CANADA

There's plenty of political threads on here, so I don't want to get too into the weeds. I'll just say my bit and be done.

Since opening our doors in 2008, I've been privileged to enjoy the support of Canadian customers. I love shipping our garments there. I love visiting Canada. I admire so much of your country.

However things shake out with these idiotic tariff proposals, I got you. Can't go into specifics, but I want to ensure that our products remain affordable, and that any new bullshit regulations have minimal impact on the end cost. I'll be watching things closely.

Rivet Jeans are arriving next week. Figured you guys might get a kick out of our swatched cutting ticket:

I made a range of colors for the leather back patches. Indigo jeans will get dark green chromexcel, grey & black jeans will get black leather, jungle cloth will get natural veg tan, and our 2004 Cone Mills White Oak deadstock (with the production tags to match) will get this rad leather checkerboard.

So freaking excited for these. Most of the selvedge was made just for the preorders, but we'll have a bunch of non-selvedge options available as open stock.

I'm a long-time Canadian customer of yours dating back to 2010. This message is much appreciated Eva.

Thanks Eva, that means a lot to me. I know there are many folks south of the 49th parallel who feel the same as you.

Thanks for looking after me over all the years I've been your customer.
