Those really are quite beautiful.

I have a guess as to who commissioned them, and if I’m right, then I look forward to seeing them styled in our WAYWT thread someday.
Thanks!

Oh and you might be thinking about @ppk … he asked for a similar pair in 4-season wool, but I don’t believe that this velvet client is on SF.

He really rocks these pants though. His whole style matches well to them!

Once the Rivet Jean delivers in about 10 days, I’m going to debut the new “Sunset” Jean which also speaks to this silhouette. Can’t wait for it!

Hi @Epaulet,
I am looking for help with a recent order - Order 57873 - where my custom Sinclair jacket was made with the wrong fabric. I've sent two emails since 12/18 (the day I received the jacket) with no response and not sure where else to turn other than posting here.

This jacket was part of the October custom doyle/sinclair campaign... I ordered Ice & Steel, but got Aged Topaz.

Did you get my emails? ...I'm happy to discuss this privately via email if you respond.

Did I miss a winter Doyle/Sinclair project or is there not one happening this season? Can't afford a 1 off with RTC but hoping to jump on a navy tweed/wool fabric in the Sinclair cut.

Hey guys! Just got back from some time off and a whole lot of new merch is rolling through!

We have a new batch of opening price point Rivets and Wilhelms going live today. New Doyles on Thursday. RTC and Individualized discounts live until Thursday.

Rivet Jeans are in work and should finish around the end of next week. Took a bit longer than anticipated to get everything set up with our custom hardware but it's all in place. We can do subsequent runs really quickly.

I've got two additional jeans designs that I'm super excited to share with you guys!

And you can expect a bunch of new RTC fabrics to go live. 2024 was a banner year for custom tailored clothing for us, and I want to do even more for '25.

To get back to our recent posts:

Emailed you back... we'll get this all figured out!

Alfargos jacket came in and I’ve been having fun with it. Really love the fabric and fit. View attachment 2306817 View attachment 2306821

Love these fit pics and so glad that you're enjoying the jacket! What a cute dog too!!

We did a quick one back in October, but I'm going to another one in the next few days. For this round, we're going to also offer custom Corso jackets for the very first time. That's really become a best selling shape for us.

You're also going to see a fully custom jean program. We're going to ship out this batch of Rivet Jeans in the next 1-2 weeks.

After that, we'll offer a mix of stock, preorder projects (our usual jam) and a custom program. The custom will have to work off of stock sizes... we can't change rise or measurements within a size... but they'll be a huge selection of denim, a color choice for hardware (aged brass, silver, nickel) and around 8 options for stitching color.

So if you need a size 39 dark slubby indigo selvedge jean with brass hardware and black leather patch and deep red stitching, finished at a 33" inseam... we can do that. The pricing will be higher than our stock price, but honestly on par or even less expensive than the usual MSRP of many off the rack Los Angeles brands.

Oh also... I have a HEAVY diet of audio content these days. I work at a home office. I go to the gym way more than I should. As a result, I'm a complete junkie for new music and podcasts and youtube essays.

In the past, I know that there was some hesitation to use Styleforum affiliate threads for anything but product sales. I'm here to say: you guys can contribute anything that you like. Even if this site is extremely old tech, it's a far more positive environment than any other platform out there.

So, let me start it off with something totally unrelated to Epaulet... this was my favorite video of 2024

Really so freaking cool. It's a collab of bands from NYC and the UK. Has this handheld Larry Clark Kids vibe. What a great song too.

I saw the show from both of these bands in October. Amazing time and honestly a pretty emotional one for me. I'm sensitive to all of the difficult **** facing people in their early 20s, and seeing a really diverse crowd of kids dancing and going apeshit was really cool. Even if I'm too old to go even a touch apeshit. I did get some great video from the front though.

The exact right length for a perfect rock song, too!
Yup! Just two quick verses and no filler.

I'll also say that this album is kind of a masterpiece and High Vis is a band that's well worth supporting:

Did anyone order an alpaca cap? The bucket hat is super nice. Not too warm and extremely soft. I've worn mine a few times.

So glad that you're enjoying it! That racing green was my favorite colorway

Another video for you guys..

It's hard to describe his style, but I think that this guy is hilarious. The main idea is to criticize this "Lonely Road" song but he's all over the place with hilarious ad libs and little animations.

@Epaulet Hi Eva, sadly I just posted my William Lockie Geelong donegal sweaters in the BST thread because they are too small for me... any chance you're going to do another sweater project like that? They are amazing sweaters. And not itchy!

Hi Eva. I am still sitting on this fabric. You were going to send me shipping info a few months ago but I think the thread must have fallen through the cracks. Tried sending you an email and private message.

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)
