Hi @Epaulet just going to ping you again since you responded to everyone else. Are the chestnut corduroy parkas actually going to happen? It's almost been a year now... Sent an email for a refund as I'm thinking the answer is no.

Hi @Epaulet - time for another monthly check in on those eternal chestnut corduroy parkas. Any status update?

i dunno man, i think these are a myth at this point almost 12 months later. We should probably start asking for a refund

I haven't received any confirmation regarding change of my shipping address for the Sashiko doyle order. Sent a follow up email few days ago, yet still no confirmation.

Gotcha covered, will put that though

I'm sorry guys, these parkas are all on the cutting table, but our contractor for flat felled seams is just impossible right now. They've had rolling shutdowns, and I just can't get them to take these parkas and finish them, at least at the moment. Luckily they're the only garments with this situation, and I do have other specials and customs coming through.

We only sold three parkas, so I'll be in touch with each of you personally. I'll offer a refund or you can take a credit with extra value in it. I don't see these getting finished before the end of January.

Got this pic from our friend Dr. Bon Ku. He's an ER Physician in Philly, and he's been volunteering for drive by COVID-19 screenings. And wearing some Wilhelm jeans for the task!

But fits aside, I know that quite a few of you guys are health care professionals, and really... we're all incredibly grateful for your work and effort these days. You guys are the true heroes of this time!

Hey guys, something else that's special! We're officially cleared to offer the "Trophy Collar" with Individualized shirts. This is typically only sold in Japan, and we've done only a handful in the past.. largely to clients who place orders in person.

I've added it to all of the online custom shirt items, and it's an especially rad option for our new 3 Oxford shirts for $369 promotion, which ends tomorrow.

The Trophy collar is new to us, but it's actually one of the older shapes in their archive. It's essentially a reproduction of the full roll buttondowns popularized by Polo Ralph Lauren in the 1970s. It's taller, longer, and rolls more dramatically then the buttondown that we've offered historically. It's more classic YSL and less Brooks Brothers. And it's a shape that you see coming out of Italian custom shirtmakers all of the time these days.

It's still very wearable, and it won't make you look like a pimp or a regular visitor to the Playboy mansion. It's just a bit more presence and swagger, and a great way to order some oxford shirts that look subtly distinct from all of the other oxford shirts.

LMAO, well I think with your new 2020 hairstyle, you can basically look like a pimp regardless of your shirt collar.

Will it make me look like an occasional visitor to the mansion?

Perhaps some kind of professional contractor. Like the city of LA sent you audit their local tax filings. And you decided to just go big with your oxford shirt collar.

Yeah, it's definitely a bummer.. I'm really sorry. Production is a mess like I've never seen before, and anything small and complex is just getting pushed off by all of our local contractors. They're sitting in a pile right now, at least 50% finished, but I don't have a way to finish them at the moment. Our more typical designs like Doyles and Sinclairs can be done entirely in-house, so they're slow, but not stalled.

@Epaulet send a dm regarding my orders. Would like an update please.

Gotcha will do!

I know production is jacked, but any guesses as to when the t-shirts or crewneck sweatshirts you mentioned a while back are gonna be ready? I really love the color on the indigo hoodies, but I have a bizarrely strong hatred for putting a hoodie on under a jacket.

As you should. Nothing bizarre about it.

I know some of you have been waiting a long time for your orders and it’s frustrating not getting updates very often. I guess I just wanted to say that Eva came through for me on at least one of my items. Just got to be really patient, but eventually I think everything will be sorted.
