Yeah, the 12D is the only Brixton that we have left in Ravello for this year. We're definitely restocking Moleskins in all three colors (Tan, Olive, and Navy). They should be here in a few weeks.

I believe that was the last run of Red/White/Blue. We'll get another delivery of Purple/Brown Italian Twill, though - and that's got the same cutaway collar shape.

Glad I stalled on the Gitman star shirt, think Imma get 2, 3 and 4 instead. Jap Paisley sounds so sick.

How much shrinking should I expect after the first wash? I'll hang dry, of course.

Holy hell that paisley shirt is awesome. I'm keeping my fingers crossed it's still available in my size come pay-day next week...

I'm very interested in that Fidelity Peacoat, Mike. I normally take a size L in your shirts and they fit perfectly in the shoulders and chest, but are about 1-1.5 inches too long in both the body and the arms.

Do you think I should I go with a L or XL in this jacket? I don't plan on layering much underneath, but the fact that the shoulder measurement is even smaller on the jacket than the corresponding shirt size has me concerned. On the other hand, if I went XL I'm sure the length of the arms and the body would be too long and it doesn't look like there is much room to hem the body with that grey horizontal patch.

    What would you recommend?

All of the new stuff looks great by the way!

Out of curiosity, what is 'unfinished bridle'?

I understand what bridle leather is, just confused by how an unfinished leather (unfinished in terms of?) can still be considered bridle?

Oh, sorry I wasn't of help then.

Maybe the leather isn't waxed or conditioned with oil? I'm not sure either.

Haha, I just had to look up "HAM" Thanks!

Minimal to none as long as you're cold wash/hang dying them. That's the best way to get the longest possible life out of good shirting too.

Thank you! You're gonna love 'em.

Thank you sir! Hemming the body's going to be tough on this piece, but the sleeves would be no problem.

You could probably do either size, depending on your shoulders. If you have fairly muscular arms and shoulders - as in you're lifting weights several times a week or you have a really large drop from your chest measurement to your waist (8 inches or more), then you'll most likely need the XL. But if our shirts are a slim, but not tight fit on you, and you're generally slender, then the Large should be spot on. I wouldn't stress about the body length either way, it's not a large noticeable difference between the Large and XLarge.

Good call - you're going to freaking love the koi print. It's really rad. Thanks for posting the pics too - the belt looks solid!

In this case, "Bridle" is referring to the weight and type of leather - it's a top-grain US steerhide that's thick cut with an unlined, natural back.

Finished vs Unfinished refers to the surface treatment of the leather. Both Finished and Unfinished can be dyed through the skin for color, but our Unfinished belt is un-dyed and natural. After dyeing, finished leather will then be coated with a colored resin and given a further clear-coat. Chromexcel is a good example of that - it has extensive finishing, and that imparts its signature glossy, oily appearance.

Unfinished leather can be color-dyed, but it's not coated or treated beyond that. This gives it a softer hand and a rich, natural luster. "Chesapeake" leather is a good example of this. But without the layers of treatment, the leather tends to darken and age much faster. In the case of an extremely light natural unfinished leather, the aging is fast and extreme. This belt starts out the blonde color that's pictured, then changes quickly to a golden brown, then dark tan, then ultimately a medium to dark brown. It does it in an irregular and inconsistent way, so it's cool to watch the process and see the belt evolve.
