On the wool rivets I wouldn't cuff them or opt for the herringbone tape. I like that on the casual cottons. But not the wools.

I would consider a cuffed hem like a dress pant in the wools.

Please excuse the mess (the newspapers are part of my shoe polishing process, so that's probably SF approved I'm guessing), but really loving the way the floral chambray shirt can be worn. Here it is casually as an overshirt type thing.

Yeah, that's the cuffing I was thinking of doing with the 2 wool EFFs I ordered. Would it be best to opt out of twill taping in that case? Kind of leaning towards a more casual pant that can be dressed up. But idk whether to go with no twill taping + dress cuff + crease or with twill taping + no crease, and cuff whenever I want it too.

Decisions decisions haha.

Personally, I cuff my wool rivets and crease them as a dress pant without the herringbone taping.

Anyone pair an odd jacket with the Espresso color trousers? Trying to decide if I can pull off a jacket combo with these. Blue? Khaki?

StyleForum groupthink be damned, you can indeed do it. Greens, blues, and lighter browns would all work. I think a tan or tobacco brown would be my favorite along with maybe indigo blue. Just make sure to get adequate contrast in there.

I do with various patterned jackets with colours like orange, tan, olive, blue etc...

Almost one of the easiest colors to pull off in my opinion. Blue, olive, khakis, patterned jackets. I wear mine with a few different pieces but my favorite was my navy windowpane sportcoat with it

@Badandy

I'm a big fan of the over shirt look as well. I need more V necks and love wearing solid color shirts underneath. Gotta get on that floral chambray, wow.

@Epaulet

Loved my shipment of Driggs Ends for Friends. The cotton-linen ones are gorgeous.

Any thoughts on doing your western shirt in corduroy for the fall? I've been looking and can't find a good one.

EP Rivets and EP x Carmina

For those asking about how Rivets fade. These are about three years old and well worn. I would say they are now somewhere between the original navy color and the recent indigo hopsacks. They are also ridiculously soft now
