I'm going to say pretty standard width for Carmina. 11UK Oscar seems to fit me the same as 11UK Forest.

Ironically I get my WWII boots tomorrow as well. I just am hoping they aren't too narrow so I was looking for some reassurance while I eagerly await the package tomorrow :)

    Southwick Factory Finds Next Tuesday

    Hey guys,

Just met with Southwick, and good lord, do we have some incredible fabrics for Factory Finds! Timing is pretty tight though, and we're going to launch them next Tuesday. We have first crack at all of the fabrics for seven days.

Bunch of lightweight wool blends for Spring/Summer. Some great colorful flannels and such from last Fall. A pretty solid lineup of Harris Tweeds. And lotsa cashmere! The cashmere price is going to be absolutely insane. I'll start building things out this weekend in Santa Monica.

So a quick heads up. The actual swatches will be in Brooklyn tomorrow (Thursday) and in Santa Monica on Saturday and Sunday. They'll be with me on the plane on Friday. After that, they go back to Southwick. So if you're local in NYC or LA and you want to see things in person, then stop into our stores on those days.

I'll put the Harris' here first. In honor of Frank Cowperwood's incredible Double Breasted Harris Coat. We should definitely spec one out like that!

When will we get to see the swatches online (or are we waiting for the Tuesday launch)?

You probably wouldn't have a problem selling them if they're too narrow. I've already had a couple of offers because I was grumbling (probably prematurely) about the darkness of the scotchgrain.

Until Jan19th, or whenever the given fabric sells out.

How do they actually fit? You're the 2nd person to comment on the narrowness. Pics?

They fit real right. I don't know if they will give enough to be comfortable . I don't want to try breaking them in because I would rather sell a brand new boot if I have to get rid of them.Catch22
