I was hoping you were going to stick with The Bond...can we get the new fit in the light distressed wash as well?

    Are you off to Pitti?

If you call it The Fairfax, the denim better be kosher.

I thought the Bond sounded kinda cool as well, but Fairfax also has a nice ring to it. Hopefully you can sell enough of these that it makes sense to offer it in some of the newer options that are coming for the Wilshire

    Awesome, I really appreciate it.

For everyone else, sorry to be thick headed but can SF members return sale items or is it the 14-day refund that we get? Thanks!

No problem. And sale items are final sale for everyone,..as 1/10th of my closet can attest to haha.

Mike - while I'm sorry you took a bath on these shoes, I'm loving the heck out of my vanilla Solovairs, and getting a lot of wear out of them.

Looking forward to the new MTO trouser options. These shoes need more loud pants [IMG]

I've been hunting for a shoe that I can wear even in terrible weather. Ideally it would be a blucher wingtip with a commando or dainite sole. In either cordovan #8 or natural CXL. Maybe an olive CXL. This alt wien is the closest thing up right now, but between the cap toe, the color, and the scotch grain I'm not really feeling it. I could probably even live with a cap toe, maybe.

Anything that fits that bill on the schedule for summer or fall? I'm willing to wait a while, particularly if I know I can count on it.

I said this on the reddit thread - a #8 LWB with commando sole and antique edge would be the ultimate all-around shoe, IMO.

I bought a pair and wore them a ton on vacation. They're fantastic -- not too tight, not too short. I took a large in the teal (I'm a 34 in Rivets and Walts) and love them.

No worries, Mike. I know I'm in a small minority re BD's. Looking forward to the return of the MTO program.
