1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Thanks for giving us access to this stuff at such blowout prices. I know you guys are swamped, but are we going to see any sportcoats in the next hour? If you say no, it would almost be a mercy...

    Is this generosity or sadism?

A list of items to be posted for sale would actually be a good idea.

And we're back! Forgot about the SF blackout.

Even though I didn't get anything, I thought the sale was pretty successful and definitely fun to watch. Here's hoping to some shoes in my size next time though!

SF back up. Whew. Real life such a hassle.

So let me be honest. Did not love that. Probably partially sour grapes cause I didn't get anything, but the experience really just tapped into the OCD side of me and wasted a lot of time. My fault? Of course. Nevertheless, would hugely prefer regular posting of items in sale section going forward. Sure it was interesting. No offense intended - big fan of all the stuff. There, that's all.

7 hours and didn't snag anything. That last hour was rough. Page wouldn't load, nothing went up.

Oh well, some people got fantastic deals on things!

Congrats on the green shell boots - and those who scored the Walt shorts and moleskin. Awesome hauls. If they don't fit...you know how to find me ;)

And now, back to regular programming.

Darn I always miss epaulet sales. I really want to try out some rivets/walts but too cheap to buy full price. I should subscribe to this thread...

Thought it was pretty fun and frustrating all at the same time.
Snagged a pair Walt shorts at the 11th hour from my mobile while driving. Go figure since I spent a few hours at the office trying to get something.

All in all, kind of like what I expect the wedding dress sale at Filenes Basement was like (without the cat fights)

Sorry I missed the longwings. Those were pretty sweet.

I also wondered whether the olive canvas shorts would match the fabric in the Doyle to make a suit. (One that I wouldn't wear, but that I'm sure someone here would rock the shit out of.)
