I have the new Sub-C and love it! I also had the new polar explorer ii with the orange gmt, but I sold it after about 6 months. I just didn't find it as comfortable and versatile as my Sub. I've gone from Omega (planet ocean) to Tag and now to the Sub, and I wouldn't trade it for anything (personal preference but the Omega was way too thick and bulky for me). It just fits my wrists perfect - and the glide lock clasp is amazing. The batman is definitely cool too. Heck, I like all of them. The sub is just my preference.

I think this looks like a great fit and a really nice combo.

Sorry to go off topic here but I agree. The SubC is just perfect. Debating between Explorer 1 39mm and the BLNR GMT next.

Likely the Explorer because my SubC has tons of wrist presence as is and I want something more classic and subtle.

If the BLNR didn't have polished centre links it might would be a really hard decision but they don't work for me.

In the meantime I'll enjoy this beauty.

Pepsi, pepsi, pepsi. I agree about the polished center links of the new GMTii. Polish bracelets didn't work for me. They get destroyed at a desk job.

Agree with you guys about the polished center links on the GMT but, and I only have second hand experience, the bracelet can be buffed to reduce/remove this feature.
Mr Clemson, I have the Explorer and it's simply a beautiful understated watch IMHO. Your comments on the glidelock are spot on. Great feature on the subc
Todd V: I do like the Pepsi as well!
(sorry to derail the thread guys)

Would you be restocking Emerson sizes? I need a 7.5 UK unless I should be sizing half more cuz its a boot then a 7 UK is just fine!

I loved the explorer as well. It just sat a little too big on my smaller wrist. Sorry for getting off track here, but here's my sub c. All of these make my wrist look so small. I swear the watch doesn't look that big on me in person.

I think Mike and Matt put in a restock request right after it dropped.

I take my regular Carmina size in their boots -- no sizing down needed.

Looks great! I have small wrists as well and think the Sub C looks fine. I really was shopping for a vintage sub but kept going back to the new one. The new features make it a fantastic watch. As I said, my wife got it for me and I have no regrets.

With all the watch talk I thought I'd show off my MKII from Epaulet:

We need a " the watches of Epaulet" thread. All amazing pieces so far!

Hey Mike - how about a collab with JLC, IWC or....Patek ;)
