1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Our old school members might appreciate this one. Back in 2011 we released these shoes in our private label handsewn collection:

We put an unfinished bridle leather plug onto a ranger moc with the intention that it would darken with age.

Richard - our newest team member - picked up those shoes back then and has worn them regularly. May I present the nearly three-year evolution of these:

So what's the deal with the rivet chino factory finds? I placed an order on Apr 06, 2014 and I still haven't gotten my faded red rivet chinos. Summer is almost over now...

Stoked about L/S henley. Now just make the loopwheeled tee in drab olive green, maroon and heather grey and I'll be happy. ;)

    Hi Mike,

Any news about new leather jackets collabs? Would be perfect to get it by end of August.

    Cheers

Any updates on the FF sanded canvas steep twill? I placed an order for three pairs around mid May and I recall the MTO turnaround was estimated at 4 weeks; however, it still says unfulfilled in your system :(

Haha in NYC leather jacket weather starts in October. In this humidity, I get envious of northern climates.

Grabbed the blackgrape and vintage black loopwheeled tees, and the darker (rinsed) pique tee. And I'm still seriously considering those henleys.

Mike told me that to nail the vintage black tone, he sent the dye house an old Metallica t-shirt. Every time I wear the shirt now, I think of "The Four Horsemen."

^ I'm still waiting for my two pairs of sanded canvas RCs. My original order was placed in early April but there was some issue with the fabric so they had to be resubmitted around late May.

In the meantime, I just dropped my new navy hopsack Walts off for hemming. Somehow I'm still having a little bit of 'tailor anxiety'. The tailor has done a good job so far with the 3 pairs of Walts and my one and only Caine so I have no real reason to be hesitant. It's just that I don't do this very often and also I don't want to part with my precious stuffs even for a short time haha.
Curiously, this pair came in hemmed with the extra fabric sewn right along the line where I want my actual inseam length to be (which is probably around ~32"). The current copy on the site says there's 1" to let out but it was probably more like 2".

hemming pants are extremely fast. typically I just tell them whether they can do it while I wait. It takes my tailor no more than 15 minutes to hem pants.

    On off-tangent post, but...

EP friends - found out I'm going to be a dad, again, today. Pretty psyched. :slayer:

Also means that funds for FF jacket are now going to be set aside for other purposes.

    Anyways, carry on.
