Does anyone have the orange fair isle v-neck? How loud is it in person, and does it read as more orange or burgundy?

    Hi Folks,

    Question about buying separates...

If I were to buy, say, the grey hopsack trousers today and then the matching jacket a few months down the road, need I worry about dye lots and color matching? Or, is that not really a concern?

I believe it is actually a concern for the gray, but potentially not the gray hopsack as much as the other grays.

They do make really nice flannels. That light blue one looks perfect...but it's def a spendy one...

^ While simple in nature, this might be one of my favorite fits of yours.

I so love the LBM jackets...but at 6'3" they hit pretty short on me. I've heard they make longs...but never seen them

    New Shirts!

Hey guys, we're rolling out some new product today. First up is our second delivery of Fall shirting. We've got three flannel checks:

    Navy/Red Gingham Flannel: $150

    Ultraviolet-Charcoal Gingham Flannel: $150

    Mocha Plaid Flannel: $150

And now we've got our three highest-end pieces for the season. These are all done in a gorgeous and lofty flannel from Albini in Italy. I don't take this kind of pricing lightly, so you can trust that these shirts feel fantastic and the additional cost is justified. The hand on this is amazing.

Grey and Burgundy Windowpane Flannel: $195

    Storm Blue Windowpane Flannel: $195

    Baby Blue Brushed Flannel: $195

Mike, love the brushed blue! Only question is about the care for those higher-end flannels to avoid getting nappy prematurely...cold wash, lay dry? (Vs. dry clean).

I just purchased a long from an online merchant. I'm 6'3 with wide a holders so I required a 48L.

    The Thorpe Varsity Jacket

May we present Epaulet's first official piece of Fall 2013 outerwear! Done on the same fit block as the Eisenhower, the "Thorpe" is a classic varsity jacket that we punched out with a shawl collar and button front closure. Made in the USA of course.

I love this jacket and a few of the new flannel shirts (baby blue in particular)! I may have to grab one or two items.

    nice

For some reason i thought varsity should be in high 500s / low 600s

Do you know when the single breast veneto would be in?

Ditto on the brushed blue. That shirt is excellent. I'm not sure if this will apply to this particular fabric, but I have a few Epaulet flannels (The purple herringbone and Gold buffalo check) and I wash on cold and hang dry them. They look just as great as the day I got them.

I've also seen LBM longs online - 40L on one site. I'd like to see epaulet carry them :)

I'm also 6' 3", but I just go with a 38R. It's definitely on the shorter side, although not near as short as you'll see some models wearing these days. I think the shorter style works great with jeans, and casually with chinos - can't really dress it up though or it looks out of place.
