1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I second the above, getting tired of the Vass posts, perhaps a seperate thread would be nice. Not all of us can or want to spend more than a mortgage payment on a pair of shoes. Perfectly happy with Aldens, and other made in USA products.

+1 Nobody gets mad if people get excited about other brands carried by Epaulet. Nobody would think to write "hey I'm sure Carmina is great, but it costs more than Alden and I can't afford it, so let's not talk about it here." And I'm sure if they start running MTOs there will eventually be a separate thread for that, just like Carmina x Epaulet has it's own thread.

I WISH my monthly rent were less than a pair of Vass!

But then I wouldn't be able to walk over to Epaulet every couple weekends and spend all my savings. Rock and a hard place.

    Thumbs up.

Always appreciate Mike and other members kicking knowledge about lesser known brands.

Long time lurker - thought I might as well join the party.

Also wanted to thank James in the Manhattan store for helping me out yesterday and hooking me up with these:

 at the hate. Do your research before getting butthurt that you can't drop the $ on Vass. Hint:
they're about $500 less than a pair of EG/GG and ~$1K less than St. Crispin.

I could dig the shorts if they had an extra 2" length

It's the standard 9". 11" would make it at the knee level, which is too long for my taste currently. Funny that I used to rock shorts down to my calves back in the day, haha.

You and me both...on top of not being able to move to Atlanta, theres also the fact that you'd have to live in...Atlanta.

    Sorry Matt.

Wis, cool Jordans. Did you kop the low 11's? I got the 92 Pegasus today at 21Mercer, mine was one of the few sizes they had left. And I avoided all the mess...

    Sorry for the tangent.

    Hey Rob,

Don't like those 11s. I had the chance to buy, but I passed. For the 11-13, it's only the OG colorways for me. Next purchases will probably be the 3s and 5s in August for me, assuming they are GRs that can be bought at retail since I refuse to pay anything over retail. What I really want is the 12s slated for Xmas, hoping they keep it OG and don't try to tweak anything up.

A lot of kids wanted the Denim Lebrons yesterday, but I think they look not so nice to say the least. But because they were limited, kids acted wild and people were killed in line. Sad to see this has become the norm upon release days.

    These were my purchases yesterday:

I put it on a spoiler since it's not Epaulet related.
