Epaulet Rivet size question

Hello all,
I'm currently looking to purchase a pair of Rivet Chinos from Epaulet.

I'm planning on purchasing them online and I'm not completely sure on what size to pick.

To compare I have a pair of Unis Gio skinny chinos and I wear a 31.

They are great fitting chinos, however after some wear they begin to stretch in the waist and sag in the butt. After washing and drying they go back to their correct fitting size.

My hope is the Rivet chinos will better maintain their shape without much stretching.
