I bought these used but didn't really get the chance to wear them this winter. I don't think they were worn that many times by the previous owner, but it has been tailored.

Measurements:
Waist: 17.5" (with about 1.5" to let out)
Thigh: 12.75"
Inseam: 31" (with 3" extra fabric)
