Great execution and great service from the Skoaktiebolaget shop!

062 last Side Zips with reverse snuff kudu with Cuban heels and heavy fudging.
I really like the shade of snuff utilized here. It's much darker and more appealing than my other snuff suede footwear.

Sizing help for last 363 mod last.

Is this last good for flat feet, or does it have a high arch support?

It’s a tts size last, but it’s a moderately generous last whilst looking sleek imo. It has a high/generous instep as well. As far as arch support, I can’t remember well, but I do have high - mid arches, so arch support isn’t of concern, personally.

Also, my 363MOD boot compared to my 363MOD loafer varies quite a bit for me. The loafer feels snugger all around, except for length. One other thing of note, my boot was a GMTO and I requested the boots to be lasted w the facings open, which in retrospect I shouldn’t have for curiosity-sakes.

I'm not sure I know anyone else who has any 173 lasted boots, so @dangerous you may be my guy here. How should I size them? I take UK9 on every Bonafe last I've tried (804, 946, 062, 363MOD and 74945). Should I take the same size for 173?

If anyone else owns any 173 lasted boots/shoes feel free to chime in

There should be an extensive list of people who owns 173 lasted boots due to the unlined suede chukkas being made in 173.

173 is a tiny bit roomier than 363mod, but I usually prefer them a bit roomier. I would not size up/down for them.

@ErikDg most likely got some more experience, even if I might have the largest collection of 173 lasted footwear on here :p

Much appreciated. I found some old sizing charts showing 173 is same width, slightly lower instep and slightly shorter than 363 so will stick to my same size. My guess, based on pics, is the toe box is bigger?

I would say so. Obviously not a good image due to the width of sole and style. 363mod loafer vs 173 chukka.

I only have 3 or 4 pairs... =( It's the best last. I wanted loafers in it but someone in the shop said it was a bad idea to go fullstrap penny loafer in 173 last with chained norvegese

I think I'm going to try it out for my next pair. Thinking of a side zip, MOD3993 I believe

The 173 is very ... big and ugly. In a beautiful way. It's not delicate at all.

Old picture; much more wear now.

That last does not work on side zips, I don't think.
