Is there any brick-and-mortar shop in France or Switzerland that sells Enzo Bonafe shoes?

x-post from the EB GMTO thread

Just wanted to see if there was any interest in a GMTO of the following two ideas I had. Each would be $575 shipped (would depend on final details/upcharges), and if we can get the three people for a GMTO, we get free EB shoe trees.

    1) Enzo Bonafe 3579
    [IMG]
    Claret Museum Calf
    946 Last
    Single leather sole
    Black calf lining
    Black edge dressing
    Flat laces as shown
"Derby" toe cap medallion (The picture shows the Francesina medallion)

    2) Enzo Bonafe 3578/1968
    [IMG]
    New Gold Museum Calf
    804 Last
    Single leather sole
    Natural calf lining
    Natural edge dressing
    Round laces as shown
"Francesina" toe cap medallion (as shown)

Please refer to the swatch images in the http://www.styleforum.net/t/504550/enzo-bonaf-mto-and-gmto-central to get a sense of the colors. Not really looking to change the leathers or lasts, and would prefer to keep the other details pretty basic to avoid upcharges, but I'll consider suggestions if we can get a GMTO going.

How would you get free EB shoe trees? Is this through a retailer? Are these lasted or generic trees, or something in between?

Offered through Solegarb, who I would like to do this GMTO with. I don't think they are lasted shoe trees, but I can check and update the post.

Only MTO for now. I don't know if they have plans to stock any RTW offerings.

Hey guys, I'm aiming to do a MTO on the 2102B last, but not sure what size to get. I wear a 6.5 in Alden Barrie and Viberg 2030 last. Should I go up or down half a size or maybe even a whole size? Any advice would be great! Thank you!
