I'm starting up a new GMTO through Solegarb, which hopefully we'll get in by the end of September so we take advantage of the 10% September GMTO discount. Myself and another are committed, so we only need 2 more.

Black Shark Wholecut Tassel Loafer

These will be modeled with the following Bemer's as inspiration (Enzo has a wholecut tassel model and Lorenzo is looking up the model number for us):

Instead of dark brown elephant, they will be in black topgrain shark:

So the full specs are:

* Model: Wholecut Loafer w/ Tassel

* Leather: Black Topgrain Shark

* Welt: Black -- Handwelted with Japanese waist, see: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0...tingray-946-Last-3_1024x1024.jpg?v=1493214353

* Sole: Single leather

* Last: 946

* Cost: $733 (50% up front, 50% on delivery) during September.

If you're interested send me a message. We only need 2 more!

Size advice for 804?

My sizes:

AE 65: 8E US
Carmina Rain: 7UK (Perfect on Right, slightly narrow at toes on left)
Carmina Detroit: 7UK (Unlined shell, most comfortably fitting shoe I have)
C&J 325: 7UK (slight heel slip)
Buday Frakno: 7UK (Buday's "English" almond-toe last, slightly long on both feet)

I size 804 same as Detroit. Though Detroit is slightly longer.

GMTO Update (x post):

So gents we now have 3 for the following:

1) Austerity balmoral boot
2) Dark brown calf (burnished meleze or museum)
3) Blind Eyelets
4) Leather Sole (single with 270 welt and rounded waist or double with 360 flat welt)
5) 804 last (available in F or G width)
6) $563

We need one more joiner, and then we can nail down the leather and welt/sole choice.

On the bottom most picture, the punchcap in Museum, does anyone know the model number and/or last for that particular shoe?

I wear the 804 a half size smaller than the 946.
804 is a pretty elongated last.

I just ordered a pair of boots on the 804 last - once I receive them from skoak, I would consider being the 4th person for the above boot - however, I would need my pair to be dainite soled. Would that be possible?

Hi brother. Are your boots en route? We could hold your order for sizing, I believe, if you can confirm within the next week.

However, I'm afraid Dainite won't be possible for this boot. It's one of the only deal breakers for me.

What about a factory installed Vibram sole guard like below? Would that be an acceptable compromise?
