I think I will only make it because there is not much that I watch in season right now and I've got 7 days during which I only need to 30 minutes of boredom to decide to watch it. Also, I always thought the show was really about E (with Ari bringing it home)...but he seems to be doing pretty well for himself now.

You've got a point. She's been on the show since 2006, just about the same time it all went to complete ****.

The scenes with Ari in it were, well, golden. The rest was meh. But hoping it gets better.

Pity we probably won't see anymore of Alexis Dziena though

I though the Ari scenes were especially bad. And this season he has a new toupee that really looks like crap.WTF is that all about????

Yeah I was not a fan of this episode at all, and most of last season was pretty horrible also. Oh well I'll probably still watch, but if I didn't have a dvr I probably wouldn't bother.

At least with Drama something actually happened in the episode. We get to see that his career is headed down a familiar path, his holding deal is worthless and you see the reality of what most actors go through.

Vince was in some random movie, all his scenes were about a stupid stunt - same with E. Ari's best scene was with Drama, the rest sucked.

That was it, for a season premiere? Totally unremarkable.

I don't even remember if E has other clients, or at least diversified away from Vince who is 99% of his livelihood. They certainly didn't mention it. Why is he acting like a bigshot now? ... and I still don't believe that a IRL Sloan would go for him.
