English spread collar shirts w/o french cuffs?

Can anyone recommend a dress shirt brand that offers english spread collar dress shirts that have regular button cuffs rather than french cuffs? I was looking at TM Lewin shirts and while I think I will like the slim fit and english spread collar, they only offer those shirts with french cuffs. I'm thinking I will probably have to go with a custom shirt (either online or local) to get this type of shirt.

Hugo Boss makes these however the cuff is with 2 buttons, instead of 1.

Both Harvie Hudson and WH Taylor(Coles) make these, I think.

I buy my shirts from MyTailor.com, though I use their traveling tailors for measurements, so I don't do strictly on-line purchasing. I couldnt' vouch for that.

I get their English spread collar, double button cuff, although you can chose single, no placket, no pocket, side pleats on back, extra thick MOP buttons. Lots of options available. Lots of fabrics. Reasonable turn around on test fit shirt and the rest follow quickly after fit confirmation as well.

Harvie and Hudson
Hilditch and Key
Turnbull and Asser

After Christmas H&K have a sale with very aggressive discounts.

The slim fit shirts were not included in the summer sale. I prefer them over H&H or Lewin, and think they warrant the premium.

Charles Tyrwhitt too; every shirt has the button-cuff option.

Thank you sir! I failed to look into that section while on the TM Lewin website.
