Yeah it's neat. Not a fan of the big pocket on the back though.

Can I expect much shrinkage on fatigues? I ordered a medium and small to try. Small fits everywhere pretty well but is a bit tight in the waist. Medium is pretty roomy but a lot more comfortable, wondering if I can get a decent amount of shrinkage out of them or not.

You will probably lose some length but unlikely to lose much in the waist. The small will probably stretch a tiny bit on the waist with some wear. What fabric are they?

They’re ripstop

The ripstop will have some give in it, so you should get a little extra in the waist after a day of wear and as long as you don’t hot wash and/ or tumble dry then there shouldn’t be much, if any shrinkage.

Thanks. My thought was either keep the small and cold wash and hang dry or hot wash and dry the mediums and hope for shrinkage

I'd keep the small and it should stretch a little. I have a ripstop Bedford that was a tad too tight and I washed it wore it around wet and it stretched a little.

i wear my ripstop fatigues from this season every single day, work, home, grocery store, etc. i have washed the pants every time i do laundry to soften them and dry. I have noticed no "shrinkage" outside of them returning to the brand new state in regards to the size.

curious what you all think then on these. First one is the small. Can button them fine but pretty tight on my waist when bending over or sitting down. Second is the medium and definitely need a belt to hold them up.
